    Hi there,

I have just the Subscribe2 Pro widget on my sidebar and it is not sending conf emails. I’ve tried making sure the short code is on the Welcome page where it is supposed to be, and I’m not sure. I don’t see any short code, but I’m not sure what that is and where to put in on the page.

https://chasingfog.com is my blog if you’d like to look and see what it looks like. I’ve tried several things suggested and still have no luck getting the conf emails.

Hi Nikki – You said you checked that you have the widget setup to redirect to the appropriate page and on that page is the shortcode correct?

Actually, I do not know what the short code is for this plugin so I’m not sure how to check if it is there.

If it’s not, where should I place it so that the widget stays on the sidebar?

    Thank you!

Try adding [subscribe2] to the page that your Subscribe2 widget is pointed to.. typically a “Thank You” page.

Can you please provide instructions for how to figure out what is meant by “pointed to”? I have a blog, so I do not have a thank you page. I just want people to subscribe off the home/welcome page. So, are you saying I should add “subscribe2” in parentheses to the text of the home/welcome page on my blog by editing that?

Sorry, I am new to all of this and everything has worked through wordpress except for this so I am a little lost.

Add: [subscribe2] to the page that you wish the user directed to after form submission
