No Confirmation email received

  • I am using sendpress and am testing the sendpress widget. When signing up to the newsletter, it is allowing me to sign up, and my email/name is being added to the appropriate list, BUT, I am not getting a confirmation email after pressing submit. The site is burlingtonstutters.org and the widget is in the 3rd column in the footer. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Could you try sending a test from the sending account page under settings. It seems like their is something going wrong and testing from the sending account page will show the errors.
