    The confirmation email isn’t sent to any clients who submit the form. Could you please help me navigate what’s the case?

    Hi,

    Try installing an email log plugin to get more info about the emails not delivered. These type of plugins will register every email sent from WordPress to the email server and you can detect this way on which side the email is being lost.

    Based in the email log info the issue may be related to a settings issue or to a delivery issue in the email server.
