• Hello,

    Upon trying to sign up for your free sending service, I don’t receive the confirmation email. I’m able to sign in, but see the following message:

    “Check your inbox now to confirm your email address and continue your order.”

    I had made sure to enter the correct email address, which I later verified by going to Account > Addresses, where I see it as it should be. I have also checked my Spam folder as well as the Promotions and Updates sections of my email account (which is on Gmail), but the confirmation email didn’t land there either. I’m really looking forward to try the service, but can’t do so because of this issue.

    Also, on MailPoet’s Settings page in WordPress, I see the ‘Activate’ button disabled for the MailPoet Sending Service. Once I receive my confirmation for the sending service, how do I go about activating it in the plugin?
