    Hello,

Upon trying to sign up for your free sending service, I don’t receive the confirmation email. I’m able to sign in, but see the following message:

“Check your inbox now to confirm your email address and continue your order.”

I had made sure to enter the correct email address, which I later verified by going to Account > Addresses, where I see it as it should be. I have also checked my Spam folder as well as the Promotions and Updates sections of my email account (which is on Gmail), but the confirmation email didn’t land there either. I’m really looking forward to try the service, but can’t do so because of this issue.

I saw that also other users have (had) the same problem and in the case of Haroon Q. Raja (@hqraja) it has been solved. But my comment on that thread – as well as the comments of other users facing the same problem – have been deleted and it is not clear, how the problem has been solved.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

After I tried several times two days ago,I finally received an email with subject “Please confirm your email address” and the following link: https://shop.mailpoet.com/login/confirm/01a4d55ecfa6a94814576cbf5e5c0445a812546ec64a5406821d1526c80a65dd

A strange thing – that it took almost 48 hours to arrive (so I suspect that someone manually sent this one). Anyway, the link in that email produces a web page containing only this one word in the extreme upper left corner:

    please…

and I could see no other result from that and looking at the “Page Source” code confirmed that that one word was the entire content of that page, so it couldn’t do anything anyway. Very strange – maybe an attempt to confirm my email address was working??

I still couldn’t activate one of your plans in the mailpoet3 plugin, so –

I started over by clicking the orange button “NEW! Try it for free (for up to 2,000 …” and then the aqua “GET STARTED” button and got this (as usual)

“Check your inbox now to confirm your email address and continue your order.”

But no email shows up in my inbox or anywhere else.

I am having exactly the same problem. I really like using Mailpoet 2 and Mailpoet 3 looks so promising but alarm bells are ringing if so many people are having problems receiving the email from Mailpoet. The irony is not lost on me!

Just got a notice of an update of the plugin so with great hope I tried again. Still no email. It is profoundly ironic to say the least.

Any news @wysija or other guys of MailPoet???
For the moment I work with Amazon SES which works perfectly and is quite cheap, but I’d love to handle it directly within Mailpoet …

Exactly, @jacksonpemberton, no email for me too…maybe MailPoet is just crappy after all how do 20,000+ people get around such product?

To be very honest @kbooshco : I think the plugin is great. You have perfect possibilities to creat newsletters, even automated ones. They just launched v3 and probably still have a lot of details on the ToDo-list. The only thing which does not work (for me) is exactly this confirmation mail.
But in the end, I’m able to work witout any problem with MailPoet and I can send my newsletters in a professional manner via Amazon SES at a very small price. I can even use a separte bounce plugin to takle care about that part.

Because of a complicated SPF issue with our mailpoet.com domain, some of these emails couldn’t be delivered properly. We now fixed that problem and if anyone of you haven’t yet received the confirmation emails, please write us over here and we’ll manually activate your accounts: https://www.mailpoet.com/support/wordpress-forums/ (no need for username and password)

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi @wysija: I recieved the confirmation mails, but after clicking on them at https://shop.mailpoet.com/login/confirm/ […] only the word “please…” is visible on the screen and I still can’t add any plan to my account.

Thx for manually activating my account @wysija. Now everything works fine.

I have followed @wysija instructions to create a user for you to examine my site more closely.

I too have problems with activation of my account. I did send you a form.
