• WordPress 4.3 running Vantage theme and Woocommerce Version 2.4.6 + Woocommerce Booking Version 1.7.12

I have choosen “Bookable Product” and checked the option “Requires Confirmation” so when a client chooses a holiday package and is about to checkout ? in the last line of checkout , option “Check Booking availability” is auto selected and once user hits the button “Request Confirmation”.
I used to get an email with a link to the dashboard, so that I can check if the booking is fine and choose the “confirmed” from the drop down under booking status, this action then sends an email to client with ability to pay ment through paypal (sandbox enabled for testing ) pay works fine. The whole transaction worked fine
Under booking status I used to get the following options (when things worked fine)

    1.Unpaid
    2.In-cart
    3.Pending-Confirmation
    4.Confirmed
    5.Paid
    6.Cancelled
    7.Complete

But now most of the time when a booking is done I don’t get the option “confirmed” under “Order Status” however sometimes when i go to dashboard the confired option appears under order status What may be the reason for this behavior.

As that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
