    Hi,

    The message ‘Sorry, there was a problem with your request.’ maybe temporary. You can try after a day or more.

    And about proxy, your format is correct but your proxy is not working. ‘Connection refused’ means something wrong or not working proxy service.

    Yes you should try after a safe time without proxy but don’t try continuously. Once let Instagram recognize your new location (web server) without letting it to be marked as spam.

    And if you have any reliable proxy for your city/country, you can use it any time.
