no connect button

    I have installed the plugin today and under WooCoomerce > Constant Contact there is no CONNECT button. I have read all your documentation. Please advise why the option to connect the site is not available?

    Did you make sure to fill in all the information for your store. Also I know we had a recent issue with regards to phone number validation and the button showing, so I’m curious how you may have input that.
