• Woo disconnected a live site that has multiple plugins that have been active for a year and more (and are paid up-to-date). The website (extensions/subscriptions) recognizes and goes to the correct Woo account so the website recognizes the account. But the subscriptions won’t connect. They all say I need to “subscribe” when they are all live and paid for, which is recognized in the Woo account. And the woo account won’t allow me to add the website back in through My Stores (which has been connected and live for more than a year). When I add the store, it takes me to the site, which still recognizes the correct Woo account, but still says all the plugins need to be subscribed. So, to say this is a mess is an understatement. Woo won’t allow live chat anymore and I’m not getting prompt responses by email. So I have a live site with live traffic and can’t get adequate support to fix the problem.

    Hi @jfguerin,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with your live site and plugins. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when your site is receiving live traffic – but I’m here to help you.

From my understanding, it sounds like there might be a discrepancy between your WooCommerce account and your website’s connection to it.

Firstly, I would recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then try reconnecting your website to your WooCommerce account. If the issue persists, please try using a different browser to see if this makes any difference.

If none of the above solutions work, it’s possible that there might be a more complex issue at hand. In that case, we’ll need to further investigate the problem. Please provide us with your system status report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    We’re to help.
