• Good day,

I have a website on WordPress. Last week I wanted to add some new things on my website, but I had no access to my website. I couldn’t edit my site. I saw no pages or plugins. But if I go to my website on the internet I could see my website.
I followed some tips to solve it. One of them was to delete Jetpack and install it again. When I clicked to deleted they said that there will be no connection between wordpress and my site. I wasn’t sure this was a good option but I tried it.
For now I have no connection with my website on WordPress, I have no acces to my website and no Jetpack.
Do you know what te problem is and How I can solve is. I hope you have some options.

    Kind Regards,

    Celine Wessels

Are you saying you Cannot Access Dashboard?

    If yes, try:
manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
    – If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hello,

I still see those options not on my website. I only see translated left above ‘My site’ and ‘reader’.
To the left I see ‘my profile’, ‘accountsettings’, ‘Purchases’, ‘security’, ‘privacy’, ‘manage account’, ‘notification setting’, ‘blocked sites’, ‘download apps’.
Do you know what I can do to get the normal site view?

    Kind regards,

    Celine Wessels

I see those things above when I click on my profile.
and an other thing. When I go to STRATO where I have my domain name I could see my website and wordpress. I can als go to my website and see it, but as I said I can’t edit it. So I think there is no problem with the domain name, but a connection between my website and WordPress.

I think I losed my acces. I think that WordPress themself do have the acces on my website now or can give me the acces. Is it possible for you or anyone from WordPress to check out my website? Maybe to give the acces back for my website if that is the problem.

    Kind regards,

    Celine Wessels
