No contact with the company after refund request

Upgraded to Easy Testimonials Pro. After a year, the license was automatically renewed.
I didn’t want it to do so. On their website they say:We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee for all of our plugins. If you need help with a refund, please contact support.
I tried to contact the company for a refund but they don’t answer to my emails.
Beware.
