No content displayed in business template

I’ve created a static home page according to the instructions here:
https://www.themehorse.com/theme-instruction/attitude/#businesslayoutI’ve tried both with and without a blog page selected, but no matter what I do the business template page doesn’t display at all – no title, no content. What am I missing?
