No content in Contact Form

Greetings. I just created a contact form using 7 and the latest version of WP. The form shows up on my site and can be easily filled in.
But when the form is sent I receive an e-mail with content that looks like this:
From: Steve Anchell Subject: [your-subject] Message Body: [your-message] — This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Anchell Workshops (https://anchellworkshops.com)
There is no other content. What am I doing wrong?
