no content in smooth slider after wp-update

  • Hello,
    I use smooth slider since some months on a local installation for test issues. All works fine until yesterday, I have updated my wordpress to 4.2.2 (was 4.1.x before). The slider has only text-content, but after the updates, I see no content, only the title-text of the slider. The placeholder-numbers for the content-pages are correct and they are changing automatic, but no other texts are visible. I have only choosed pages and posts as content for the slider.
    In the preview at the slider settings, the content is shown correctly.
    Have you any suggestions for me?

    Hello Sagar,

    deactivate/activate doesn’t work for me. I have an additional information for you. In my wordpress-installation, I have a static start page. Your smooth slider is the first element in this static site.
    For test purposes I put a second slider in the sidebar. This sidebar-slider shows the entries but I need a functionable slider in my startpage.
    The slider should only show text and no pictures, this works fine in the sidebar.
    I hope this information helps to find the error.
