I’ve got Event Tickets setup as a standalone (ie. not using it in conjunction with TEC) as this is a one off event on a website which won’t usually sell tickets. Everything is set up and working, and we’re getting successful ticket sales so all good there. ??

I’ve noticed however that the total number of tickets sold and total value aren’t updating on the All Tickets (ec-tickets-admin-tickets) page, they’re all showing zero. The top 3 are obviously dead tickets from testing, however we have sales against all 3 of the bottom tickets, and the order/ticket details show under orders & attendees fine. Any pointers greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @wa103sf ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Since we do not have access to your site’s admin dashboard (please do not share any credentials so we adhere to the WordPress Forum Guidelines.), could you share some illustrated screenshots or screen recordings about the situation?

Hi @tristan08, thanks for getting back to me. I don’t have the ability to screen record on the device I’m currently using, so have attached some additional screenshots below – I’ve cropped these to ensure customer data isn’t visible, however it shows that we do have current sales against the tickets, and that this sales data isn’t being reflected in the totals on the All Order page. Hope this helps.

    Hi @wa103sf ,

Thank you for your message and for taking the time to do the screenshots.

Unfortunately, the screenshots have not come through (see https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTeFjini1xr). Could you share the screenshots in some image repositories like snipboard.io or awesomescreenshots.com?

    Hi @tristan083,

That’s very odd, as I can still see the screenshots in the message above – they are hosted in an image repository.

Not a problem, please see below links –

    Hi @wa103sf ,

Thank you for your message and sending through the screenshots.

To help us better understand the situation, could you please provide answers to the following questions?

    • Are you using Tickets Commerce with Event Tickets?
    • Which payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe) have you connected with Tickets Commerce?
    • Do you have Test Mode enabled?

    Hi @tristan083,

Thanks for coming back to me. Answers to your questions below –

    1. No, as mentioned in the original post this is Events Tickets standalone, as the website does not usually sell tickets and this is a one off event. The tickets are configured to a page.
    2. Payment gateway is Stripe, with webhooks properly configured.
    3. Test mode is not enabled, these are live customer transactions.

    Cheers ??

    Hi @wa103sf

I tried replicating the issue on my test site, but everything works as expected. Could you share a screenshot of how you’ve set up your ticket? I’d like to take a closer look to see if there’s anything that might be causing the issue.

Let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist further!

    Hi @d0153

Apologies for the delay, I’ve been away for a few days so just catching up.

Please see below screenshots of the tickets set up on the page – I hadn’t noticed that the count of sales isn’t updating on there either, yet as you can see from the earlier screenshots there are completed sales (we’re received payment from Stripe for them too).

Thanks for your help, very much appreciated. ??
