No country and channel select

Hi,

I’m running Product Feed Pro on a multisite install (subdirectories, e.g. https://www.domain.com/uk).

Unfortunately I can only create feeds on the default site, not the secondary sites.

As I said on the default site it all works fine, but on the secondary site the country and channel drop downs are blank and nothing can be selected.

if I navigate to:
Product Feed Pro > Settings > Plugin systems check
I see this info printed out:

default site:

secondary site:

I’m not sure why the XML directory is showing as not writable because AFAIK on a multisite install all sites use the same uploads directory. These are the permissions I see when I look at these folders:

wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro drwxrwxr-x
wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml drwxrwxr-x

Any ideas how to fix this?
