    I just launched my site( https://jupiterpalladium.com ) with comicpress this week on Monday. However sincec the moment I uploaded the files to my host I’ve been having a ton of problems. It’s been for the most part fixed except for an issue with the CSS; it’s not loading on some computers. Some of the people I’ve asked to check out the site are telling me that the CSS is not loading, while some are telling me they can see it just fine.

    Yesterday when I worked on the site the CSS failed on me four times for about thirty minutes to one hour intervals. I’ve been emailing my host for the last two days trying to fix this problem.

    I had someone look at the files and coding for any scripting errors, however before he made any changes he refreshed the page on his computer and saw that it was suddenly working again.

    We’re not entirely convinced its a scripting error, but my host isn’t convinced its a server error, so I wanted to get an opinion off the forums.

    Here’s the site as it’s supposed to look:

    Here’s how it’s looking for some people, incorrectly:

    (also this is cross-posted from the comicpress forums since I’m trying to get as much help as I can)

  • you are using frames and the style sheets are linked to the ‘outer’ url:

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://jupiterpalladium.com/wp-content/themes/comicpress/style.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />
    	<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://jupiterpalladium.com/wp-content/themes/comicpress/images/nav/default/navstyle.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />

    while the style files are actually located with the ‘inner’ url.

    Okay, I think I understand.

    Could you tell me how to fix this? I’m a bit afraid of making a huge mistake digging through code.
