No CSS in Admin /Dashboard

Hi, I just upgraded my wordpress after getting hacked and the CSS is not loading in the admin area.

I have read the other posts on this and in nearly all cases it was resolved my cache emptying. Well, I did that – I also tested it in IE (I’m using FF) to no avail.

Any ideas? TIA.
