    As I have updated the site to WordPress 5.5 and woo-commerce 4.3.3 and the Checkout Manager for WooCommerce to 5.2.0 the fields are being added on the backed but don’t show up in the form.

    This has caused me to stop from adding any further fields necessary for billing or any other section.

    Along with this the fields added are also not being saved.

  • Exactly same problem.
    Do you know when it started, what versions you had? I tried Woocommerce 4.3.2, but same problem.

    I have same problem. Contacted support and gave screenshots and they replied that everything is fine. This is a lie plugin has problems with latest woocomerce and or WordPress despite showing compatibility. They have released new update though secretly which I just applied and my fields are back. You may need to make a small change to them and press save for them to reappear. Very disappointed that other users are having this problem as well and developer is in denial

    Latest update now shows the fields again but file upload fields are broken. You can select a file but then nothing happens. Are you also having this issue??

    Yes, the file upload is broken and it is also not convenient to go to the plugin list then to the plugin setting as the plugin settings from the admin panel dashboard is removed.

    It would be great if the plugin setting is to be added to the dashboard again.

    For now, the plugin works except for the files upload.

    a fix was uploaded, please update and test version 5.2.7 and let us know if it is solved or not.

    Hi @beluserra I did update it to the latest version rather than solving the issue it made it worst.

    In the email that I receive, I do not get any field that related to the shipping or pickup or additional delivery address.

    Reverting back to the last working state also did not help

    Adding a new filed distorted the form and how the form used to appear.

    Can you help me with this

    This is not yet resolved had to move back to the last version of the plugin
    the issue is the same and now I cannot see any shipping address in the checkout form that I receive

    @sebastopolys yes it still exists and none of the shipping addresses appears on the emails or anywhere that I can track.

    If you could provide a tutorial or a video reference on how to set it up that would be great since we don’t have this working.

    Hi Guys, we couldn′t replicate the issue locally.
    please switch to storefront and test, to advise any incompatibillity with particular themes
