No customer enquiries without upgrade?

    I have had a WPForms contact form on my website since August last year, I haven’t received any customer enquiries through it so far and I assumed that was because we haven’t been promoting the website yet (it is a secondary website to our usual business, which is much much more active), however I have just realised that it says I have ‘387 entries backed up’, is this 387 customers who have submitted the contact form and not been emailed through to me? And if so, is the only way to get these enquiries by paying to upgrade to pro?
