No customer receipt

  • Hello, we have got a grave problem at https://www.asak.dk/butik/: Any sales goes through nicely and the payments too – BUT there is no customers receipt sent, which is quite annoying, and no receipt sent to us either. What is wrong? How can this be fixed?

    Which plugin do you use? You should probably better ask at the support forum of the plugin.
