• I too have purchased two ignitewoo plugins and the customer support is unfortunately not very good. If you have a pre-sales question they are fast to respond, but once they have your money it’s a different story.?

    Apologies if you didn’t receive a response. We fully support all of software, and if you are a customer ( as opposed to somehow who simply downloaded any of free software ) you can opt to call us toll-free.

    Contact us if you still need support. And please be patient give us at least 24 hours to respond. We strive to respond same day if at all possible, however some days we have so many support requests than we cannot respond to everyone on the same day they ask for assistance.

    We don’t know who you really are so we cannot search our queue for any messages from you. Feel free to resend your request, or simply tell us who you are, or pick up the phone and ring us up.
