• Unclear which features are available at paid levels. No monthly subscriptions are available; you must pay annually. There is no customer service, so if you need trouble shooting, you must sort through hundreds of irrelevant articles to maybe get to a fix. I am very disappointed with this plugin. I feel had.

    Hello Leah,

we could find two support tickets from you so far. One from June which was followed up by an email exchange over the following days and another ticket from last Friday night, which was answered on Monday morning (today).

Is there anything else we can do to support you?

Thanks for your reply, but I still have no way of contacting a live person for customer service. For a paid plugin, this is not acceptable.
