No customer support provided

  • I like this theme, but it is not 100% mobile responsive. The header image is not mobile responsive, as well as a few other areas of the theme.

    The header image is the same on the homepage and all pages, so you cannot have different header images for each page. I emailed support (Rohit) and he said he would help me, and then never did. He also responded to 1 email, and then never responded again. Disappointed in the support for this theme.

    Would NOT recommend buying or using this theme if you want support. You are on your own.

    Sorry that you had to go through trouble.
    We have worked and rectified all issues you reported. They are now available as a free upgrade to you.

    And for support it is recommended to create a ticket, not email if you want quick responses.
