No customize section in wordpress header

Hello,
The customize section in the header section is no longer there and the header section of my page is suddenly gone. This happened after wordpress went into maintenance. Can you provide support on the subject?

If so, try to clear your cache by going into your caching plugin’s setting page, if you have one.
