    I think you are facing that problem for other security related plugin you already installed. For this problem you can rename your plugin folder by using FTP then try to open your admin path.. hope it will solve that..

    I’m having the same problem. Even if I disable the password protected plugin, as soon as I enable Responsive Maintenance Pro With Countdown I cannot get back into wp-admin unless I delete the plugin. It may be an issue with the membership plugin that has its own unique login URL, but that needs to stay how it is, so unless you can offer a solution I suppose I will not be able to use this plugin
