no dashboard

    when logged in as admin still no FULL dashboard access (the bar is there on top and the little odometer but no access to any plugins or any wordpress page editing, etc.

    i have tried all stuff i read- removing pligins from phpmyadmin and renaming plugin file in cpanel, etc…

    tried making new admins in php myadmin…

    nothign worked. Help?
