• Hey guys, I really like your philosophy of having a lightweight code. For some reason even though I configured to media files and the ” Disable lightbox” is unchecked, nothing changes neither in the code of the picture or apparently at all on the website.

Independent of the plugin I’m already using Jquery through “https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.slim.js”, can this be the cause for that or is there something in my website’s post that might be preventing yours to be activated?

As for other plugins that I considered to be messing up with the final result (even though this is happening in the dashboard) I only have Media Library Categories (which I even deactivated to test, even with the code that makes a new taxonomy) and img-responsive for Bootstrap.

Any clues for what might be happening?

  • What’s the URL? I know this may sound silly, but are you running Adblock?

Was having the exact same issue a few weeks back with one of the websites I manage. Namely this one https://www.billigeforbruksl?n.no.

I disabled all the plugings, emptied the cache, checked the right boxes and went over the jquery codes. Yet nothing worked.

Then I finally remembered my adblock…and voilá.

And if you haven’t done this already, try loading the page in incognito mode to see if it works. Adblock (and some other exterior browser plugins, which you should also disable) are known to interfere with jquery.
