    Hi
    I installed a new widget (sorry cannot remember what it was) but then am no longer to access dashboard (www.eilyroeinteriors.ie – still visible) I am not a techie – can anyone help?
    I have looked through the threads but cannot find anything (if someone knows better let me know!)

  • I would suggest disabling all your plugins and reverting to the default theme. This can be done by simply renaming the folders for the specific theme and the plugins folder via FTP.

    I was able to access your dashboard with any issues. Are you still having issues?

    yes – just checked again.
    site itself is fine, but when I log on I see a completely blank screen.

    thanks for your help – cannot access the site via ftp – its saying it may be temporarily down.

    Ask your webhost for help on that. Until you go in via FTP or a file manager and rename that plugins folder, you’re not going to be able to move forward.

    Have contacted the host – so waiting on that.
    Tim S, if you were able to access my dashboard why cant I?
    surely there is something simple going wrong – maybe I should stick to interior design ??
