    Hi,
I’ve added the All Survey plugin to my clients website and added a survey in a popup on the homepage.
I’ve tested it and data was coming in. Now, when I look in de backend I don’t see any data. 0 responses. The version of the plugin was 1.0 (no data) I’ve updated in the hope data was coming back to 1.2 but No still NO data. When I now use the survey myself No data is coming in.

Do you have any clue how this is possible? It’s sort of the main purpose of the plugin, to collect data.

You should see a survey on the homepage of this website (When done it will not come again only when you delete the cookies)

I really hope there is some data somewhere.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear user,
    thank you for contacting us.
We saw his e-mail and handed over the keys to our technicians to verify the problem.

We noticed that there may have been a conflict with the many plugins or templates used.
Have you tried to see if it works by changing the template?

I only tried to use the plugin on a different website and It worked there. So it must be a conflict on this particular website. I haven’t tested anything, only when I installed the plugin in december It worked then. I only updated a few plugins and maybe the theme (I’m not sure) It could be I’ve updated the php version to 7.3.

I switched to another Poll plugin as this one is not stable within my system.

Do you think the data is really gone? or just misplaced in the WordPress database?
It would help a lot If I could get the data.

    Dear user.
Unfortunately conflicts are not easy to manage. There are thousands of plugins for WordPress and often not everything runs smoothly as we would like.

For security reasons, a survey’s statistics cannot be deleted. The only way to clear the statistics is to clear the survey itself.

Perfect Survey, uses its own tables in the database. We can see if the data still exists. We ask you if you can send the database data to our e-mail.

    Best regards

    Dear User,

    thanks for the backup.

Unfortunately, we were unable to recover the data.

The table was deleted from the database due to some conflict of the plug-in with other plug-ins.
We are so sorry for what happened. When installing 15 third-party plug-ins, some premiums some free and templates of various kinds are things that can happen with updates.

    King regards,

    Perfect Survey Team
