    Hi,

    there is no data in any of reports. In the settings, import historical data part is greyd out and not possible to start import. Status is – nothing to import.
    At the same time i receive no errors.

    Thanks for letting us know about this. Could you try going to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions → Pending? If there is any task of the group wc-admin-data, that means cron jobs are not running and that’s why the data is not being filled up.

    I would recommend contacting your web host so they can set up your WordPress cron jobs to run automatically.

    There are no pending jobs there. Cron is running.

    When you visit the Analytics -> Settings screen are there any script errors in your browser console?

    yes, lot of 500 errors:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    notes:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    notes:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    status:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    orders:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    and etc..

    My apologies for the late reply.

    Those 500 errors indicate an issue with the REST API on your site. Are you able to capture a screenshot of the errors, or better yet – errors in your PHP logs?
