This issue seems to be with all Graph types. I am updated to plugin version 1.6.1.

When I want to add a new Data Element to my graph I would typically navigate to Chart Data Type > Data Elements and toggle up one (from 2 to 3, 5 to 6, etc) and then I was able to scroll down and input Values on the new Element (Charts are Manual). I have functioned like this for months up until a couple days ago.

As of a couple days ago, when I increase the Data Elements un Chart Data Options the chart refresh, all the data disappears and it displays “No Data Available”. When I scroll down, my preexisting data under Element 1, Element 2, Element 3, etc. have all disappeared.

I’ve reverted my pages back to last known good version, but is there something I can do to add new data to my charts and not have it erase everything?

    Thanks

To clarify, below are screenshots of before and after trying to add a Data Element (any time I manually enter a new number OR use the toggle to increase/decrease the value)

    Hello @iqonicdesign

Here is a video of me attempting to modify a Graphina graph by adding another Data Element. Four already exist, I am attempting to add a 5th. It also happens if I attempt to reduce the quantity as well. Basically, any modification of ‘Data Elements’ causes all data to be erased on any graph.

All plugins and WordPress elements are up to date.

I know this thread has been marked ‘Resolved’ (maybe that’s an automated thing after a few days), but the issue is certainly not resolved.

@mikekrispy Were you able to find a solution for this? A similar thing is happening to me as well. I’ve input all of the data, but the elements seem to disappear and it’s only when I increase or decrease the # of data elements under “Chart Data Options” that I can see the graph display the data. So strange!

@sukhoon2 No solution yet. I’ve started the process of rolling back certain plugins to previous versions (to when I know everything was working) but no luck yet. It’s a very large part of the website I’m working on, and it doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting much help here so I’ve started to research other graphing/charting options. If I do figure something out I’ll be sure to circle back here.

@mikekrispy It’s a shame because it’s a great plugin, but yes, please let me know if you come across a suitable alternative!

    Hi @sukhoon2 @mikekrispy
We are extremely sorry about what you are facing with the plugin.
Can you please check the charts with New page? And let us know if you face still face issues.

    Thank you

@iqonicdesign Thank you for the response and continued support.

I tested Graphina on a completely new page and the plugin seems to work as intended. I can add and subtract Data Elements and everything is fine.

I have hundreds of existing page and graphs, can you think of anything I can do with these as recreating them is not really an option.

    Thanks again

    Hi @iqonicdesign
The plugin is now updated to 1.6.3 and I cleared browser data as per your suggestion and the plugin appears to be functioning 100% normal now. Thanks for your continued support!

    Hi @iqonicdesign
Yes I will definitely do that.

I seem to have one additional problem as I test this out. Any graph that I try to add an 11th (or higher) Data Element I get the same problem (“No Data Available”).

Any graph with 10 or fewer Data Elements functions as normal.
