    Hi,
I’ve added the Helpful plugin, and am seeing the happy/sad faces on the correct pages (I’m just using the icons). When I click the icon I get a 200 back and everything looks correct. BUT when I go to the Helpful – Statistics page and ‘Generate’, I don’t see any data. Also, if I edit that page the Statistics in the section sidebar shows as 0%.

I have set the ‘Post Types’ to ‘Pages’ in the Helpful – Options – Analysis and Advanced settings. Also I looked at the MySql database for the site and cannot see a …_daexthefu_feedback table (am I meant to see one?).

    Thanks for any help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello sbolt1969,

I’ve inspected the site. The returned JSON indicates that the plugin can’t save in the database table the submitted feedback.

Please make sure that the following database tables are available:

    • wp_daexthefup_archive
    • wp_daexthefu_feedback

To solve reinstall the plugin and if the table are still not created check the PHP error log to identify the problem and see which settings should be changed in your environment.

    Thanks for your help Daext.

I uninstalled the plugin and installed it again. Still no tables, but then once the plugin was activated they have appeared and the plugin is working. Not sure if I did anything different on the second attempt (I wondered if other plugins were conflicted), but anyway, all good now.

    Thanks again!
