    Good day! Thanks for your consideration and help!

    I setup a form through the addon to act as a raffle signup. I put a time limit on it so that it was active during the event last weekend. I tested it one time a few days early and the info was there in mailchimp with the tag for that event.

    Today I go in after the event to do the raffle. The form data at the plugin shows 22 impressions and 15 submissions. And I had people tell me during the event that they got the message that their submission was successful. In Mailchimp, I find no data, no sign that the info come in. API show connected with no errors. I can’t find the ‘Last 24 hours of API calls’ Table, and I have no error messages. Mystery!

    I will go take off the date restrictions in case anyone wants to play with it. Thanks, Marcus

  • Hi @marcuslion,

    I entered the form and received an email. It looks like you have the double-opt-in strategy active, so it sent me an email asking me to confirm my subscription. I did so.

    Can you check and see if an email address from yikesinc was added to your list?

    Hi Jon,
    Thank you. Yes, it is added. So then the people who signed up ignored the email or it ended up in spam and was not seen. I only picked double because it said recommended. I guess in this scenario it is best avoided.
    One other oddity: it added an additional tag that was not involved in this form, but from a different page. Minor issue in my case.
    Is there any way for me to retrieve the data to communicate with these folks?
