No Data Collection No Stats after two days

    I love wassup on use it on all my clients sites….this one in particular
    explorelondon.co.uk has issues
    I have tried all the posted troubleshooting deleting records, removing all previous data, reinstall etc
    Two things are happening one when I click in options to display the widget on dasboard it saves then when I return to the dashboard nothing shows I also check display options on screen, when I return to options in the wassup admin the display widget on home screen has been unchecked it wont wont retain the setting
    Second Im getting no data whatsoever after three days, no stats nothing
    Any ideas?

    Hello,
    did you try to use the option to completely uninstall it?

    Go to WassUp -> Options
    Select “Uninstall” tab
    Check the “Permanently remove WassUp data and settings from WordPress” box
    Save settings
    Go to Plugins
    Deactivate WassUp
    Check your database tables and if you find a wp_wassup table, delete it.

    After done this, try to re-activate it.
