    Hello,

I have installed the plugin but no analytics data is being displayed.

The site health check is warning that a scheduled task is late to run (koko_analytics_aggregate_stats). I have installed advanced cron manager and can see the task appears to be queued correctly (and I can execute it manually).

If I activate the ‘Enable Server Scheduler’ option in advanced cron manager and set a scheduled task in my hosting account, the health warning disappears, but still no data is being displayed by the Koko plugin.

Any ideas as to what could be going wrong, or how to troubleshoot this issue?

Please share a link to where I can see this on your website so I can take a look at this.

Is it a very low traffic or testing site?

    Thanks!

    Hi, the website is mondaygroup.org.

Traffic is low – it’s a small site for a local community group.I have however had the plugin installed for a few months and definitely have traffic as contact forms and donation forms are submitted relatively frequently (every few days).

    Thanks for your help.

When you look again does the “in 15 seconds” change to 3 minutes again in Advanced cron manager?

I do see the http call to the analytics tracking script…
