No Data is Flowing in Google Analytics

    Hi,
    It’s been 3 days now that I have installed your plugin – Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics Plugin and followed all the steps for installation. Conversions have been detected but no data is shown in Ecommerce Section – https://prnt.sc/pzgibs

    Please advise me for the changes that is required.

    Hi @webconsole ,

    I have had a look at your store and found that you do not have standard WooCommerce integration and our free plugin works swiftly with standard WooCommerce implementation.

    I also looked for the issue till checkout page and found that custom URL structure is in place. For ex: https://www.perfectgrower.com/billing-and-shipping/ is a custom url and if this URL would have been like https://www.perfectgrower.com/checkout then our free plugin would have worked.

    So this version of the plugin would not be able to track data on your custom store.

    @tatvic Do not call topics here “tickets”. You do not have any “tickets” here, you do not have a single customer here. You have users who start topics being helped by volunteers such as yourself.

    When you call the topics here “tickets” then you’re misleading the user. They’re not your customers please take this seriously and make that correction.
