No data present in offline validator

    When exporting a offline validator through tools, it seems that there is no ticket data included. i.e cannot validate tickets.
    Online validation works ok.

    System: Multisite 3.9.2, plugin version stageshow+ 3.9.4
    Logged in as network admin.
    Plugin not network activated, but only enabled and activated on one of the sites.

    The offline validator uses the same function to interogate the database as the TDT export. So this is the same problem as the issue as the “stageshow-tickets.txt yields empty file”.
