    When trying to access the new Woocommerce > Analytics section or Woocommerce > Dashboard, the page is not loading, and I’m getting the following console errors:

  • Same is the case with me. When I click on Woocommerce > Dashboard, Nothing appears and same is the case when I click on Analytics > Revenues and other tabs beneath it. Please rectify it soon.

    Hello @ria75 and @minhazuddin8,

    I’m sorry that you’re experiencing issues with WooCommerce Admin.

    Any additional information about your stores would be helpful, as well as the browser you’re using to view the dashboard.

    What versions of each are you using?:
    * WordPress
    * WooCommerce
    * WooCommerce Admin (looks like 0.18.0 for you @ria75)
    * PHP

    Any other context is appreciated. (Hosting company, additional plugins enabled, etc)

    Thank you!

    Below are the information about my website:

    * Site address: https://www.croves.com
    * WordPress : 5.2.3
    * WooCommerce : 3.7.0
    * WooCommerce Admin : 0.18.0
    * PHP : 7.2.22
    * Hosting Company : SiteGround
    * Additional Plugin enabled : AliDropship Woo Plugin, Contact Form 7, Facebook for WooCommerce, Jetpack by WordPress.com, Mailchimp for WooCommerce, Nextend Social Login, SG Optimizer, WooCommerce Amazon Pay Gateway, WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway, WooCommerce Services, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, WooSidebars, WordPress Starter, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist Premium

    Hello @minhazuddin8,

    I think I may have found the culprit – a feature we have in development that’s currently turned off.

    EDIT: Nevermind. I was mistaken. I’ll keep digging!

    Hi @minhazuddin8,

    If you’re able to modify your wp-config.php file, we could get more helpful debugging information.

    Adding define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true ); would add more context to the console error you’re seeing.

    Here’s a page describing editing wp-config more thoroughly: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#script_debug

    If you’re able to add SCRIPT_DEBUG, refresh your browser and copy-paste us the new console error.

    Thank you!

    Solved, thanks

    @jeffstieler Hi.. I did everything you guided me and after doing it all, I’m still getting the errors.
    I have upload the screenshot of the console error which you can see from here
    Thanks..

    Hello @minhazuddin8,

    Thanks for the screenshot. Just to help diagnose by process of elimination – are you able to try using a different browser? It looks like you’re using IE11 – is that correct?

    @jeffstieler Nope, I was using Mozilla Firefox 69.0.1.
    I have tried every browser and got the same error on each one of them. Please look at the console error on Google Chrome from here.
    thanks..

    Getting the same error, default theme, woo, and admin panel, here is the full console
