Hi when I install (free version for now) I get the message below that there are no debuggable tags.

I’ve inputted the Google Analytics Measurement ID and deactivated all other analytics on my site (I had both Google Analytics for Woocommerce & GTMWP and Tag Manager could see data with these)

The message I get when using Tag Manager is:
There are currently no debuggable Google tags at that address. Please verify that:

    • There is a Google tag on the page.
    • The Google tag is not a legacy tag.
    • The Google tag is not being blocked, e.g. by a browser extension or a consent dialog.

Could you point me to what I need to do to get it working?

      Thank you, Sarah

Hi Sarah. You are probably logged in as an administrator or a user excluded from tracking (you can check what roles are excluded from tracking in the General Settings page).

Simply open Tag Manager in an incognito mode and you should see everything. If this doesn’t fix the problem, please enable the debug mode in the General Settings > Other and send me a link to your website so that I can check what is going on.

    Have a nice day

Hi Krzysztof?thank you SO much for the quick reply, it really helps to sort things quickly while your brain is in mode.
Yes you correctly assumed I was logged in as Admin.
I’ve tried Incognito and am delighted to see it working.
Apologies for the issue my end, not to do with your plugin, but I hope this topic will still help others who do the same.

This is on my Staging site for now, as I have tried so many plugins but all have had issues (not just from me!) so I will now try this on my Live site.

I will keep reading the guidance and come back if any issues but a big thank you so far.
    Thank you again,
    Sarah
