We want to change the default marker from red to blue. Under “Change all markers” on your doc (https://www.wpgmaps.com/a-guide-to-wp-go-maps-custom-markers/) it shows a Default Marker Image section, with a selection of color and shape settings to the right (over the map). In our Advanced Settings, there is no such section. It goes straight from the map zoom settings to “Add a new marker.”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nsandlin,

Thank you for getting in touch we do appreciate your time.

Unfortunately custom marker icons are a Pro feature and as a result I will need to ask you to reach out to us on our website. As per the www.ads-software.com guidelines, we are not allowed to provide any premium support via these forums as they are reserved for the basic plugin.

This can be done from our website by clicking on?Support > Support Desk > Submit a support Ticket.

It seems the documentation you found is slightly out of date, I do apologize for that. Once we hear from you via our support desk, someone from our team should be able to help you get this resolved promptly.

    Speak soon!

Note: This thread will be marked as resolved as it mentions features related to our Pro add-on. As per the www.ads-software.com guidelines, we are not allowed to offer any support for our premium plugins here.
