No default pages after reinstall

Hello,
I have fooled around with the plugin to figure it out and then uninstalled it to start from scratch. At first without checking “Remove Data on Uninstall”.
Then I learned this was a mistake an did it again with removing all data.

After my frist trial they stuck at 63 and kept my customizations.Therefore I guess, I did it right.
But this time the defult pages have not been generated.

I only need Account, Password Reset and Logout
I found those shortcodes [ultimatemember_account] [ultimatemember_password]How can I manage the one for the Logout?

It’s an empty page (no content, no shortcode) with Slug
logout.You must create all pages:
