No definitions on glossary index page

    My glossary index page isn’t displaying properly; all the terms are smooshed together and none of the definitions are showing. See https://www.dejerine-sottas.com/glossary/ . I tried regenerating it, and also tried editing the page with a different short code (which only ended up being displayed as plain text).

    Could this be because I have the_excerpt in my loop?

    Hi Solioquy,

    The shortcode you’re trying is only available in the Pro+ version of the product. The Free edition let’s you select the page to display the Glossray Index Page in Settings -> Glossary Index Page ID and it has a limited way of displaying the view.

    I determined that it was indeed a template problem.
