    TLDR; I believe that this review is simply unfair.

    I apologize in advance for the long response time, but I was wondering what to write back. Furthermore, I didn’t mean to be malicious, I just don’t understand this rating and find it very unfair.
    How can you judge a product based on functionality that this product does not have and will not have?
    There is no question of unfair advertising here. The function to delay sending emails until the very beginning is included in the paid plugin. We are transparent about this, and this information can be found in the description of the plugin, a website, blog, and documentation. Everywhere.
    Nothing good for the community comes from this assessment. Our team is working hard to deliver the best possible product. We try to run the best possible support for ShopMagic, and as a reward we get, well, just what?
    In all honesty, I hope that your products, services or whatever you do will get better reviewers. Above all – fair ones.
