    Hi @marjoline

There should be a delete button on the area highlighted in this screenshot.

I suspect that there could be a conflict with one of your installed plugins that is causing this button to remain hidden on the form builder.

When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Thanks Kenneth,

I know where it is now. So I can use it. No time to sort out further. Probably a white-on-white problem. Perhaps consider giving it the same colors as the duplicate-field button next to it. I noticed other people had this same problem, with the invisible delete button.

For me I’m ok now, even though it is invisible, it still works. I am using WP with WPBakery, by the way.

    Cheers, Marjoline

    Hi @marjoline

Thank you for your feedback and I’m glad that you can now use the form!

Usually, this button will appear with red icon as shown here. This icon is loaded from the Font Awesome library and it is likely that your theme or one of your installed plugins is loading a different version of this icon library that is causing our icons to break.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about this feature. It’s always helpful to get details like this.

    Kenneth,

Anyway WPForms can get that issue fixed? The trash Icon is white and you cannot see it. For the time being I am going to try to add Custom CSS coding to our WordPress theme so when our clients are trying to create forms they don’t get confused. We have one client we have set up to have all of the employees (over 100) take tests for keeping their credentials up-to-date in their state. It would help if we don’t have to do this on everyone of the websites we use WP forms. For the price that we pay in comparison to Ninja forms, these types of things shouldn’t be overlooked. Thanks!

    Hey @phoenixrising1016

    We’d be happy to help!

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket though the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
Same issue. Please change the color of the delete button. Thanks.

    Hi @cggid,

Did you get a chance to check for Font conflicts with one of your installed plugins?

We recommend following WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress.

    Thanks! ??
