No description field available anymore in back office

    Hi.
    I installed this plugin which worked good untill i lost the textarea Tinymce in backoffice when create/modify event in events list.
    I created some fake events to test a few days ago and completed the description (same zone as an article in wordpress with Tinymce).
    It displayed good in front office but now not available anymore in back office even if dislayed on public page ?!
    i’ve been testing differents VSEL setup to check if i get it back but no way.
    I finally uninstalled it from website and installed it back from zero to restart from 0 but it remains the same.
    Do you have any idea from what it could be from?

    Hi,

    You mean the text in the text area field in backend is not visible anymore?
    Did you try another browser?
    Did you also check the text area of the native post and pages?

    Got it it’s a conflict with ACF.
    I created a champ group to to my events with it.
    It works fine but disable this textarea in the event.
    It comes back if i put ACF down and unable again if i put ACF on.

    Is it the normal text area field or the Custom Summary text area field? The first one is a native WordPress field, but the second one is part of my plugin.

    The normal text area field just under the title field.
    Just like when you create an article in a naked WordPress.

    Also got 2 fields configured as WYSIWYG editor in my ACF list.
    Could it be the problem?

    Hi Pascal.

    Are you able to test this with a “normal” / native post or page?

    My plugin uses the native text area field, so guess this will happen with a normal post / page as well.

    Just did it and same problem so got it i didn’t test it.

    I created a rule to display my field group :
    “publication type / is equal to / events”

    so my problem seems to come from the rule.
