No description to images displayed

  • Hi all,
    I am working on a wordpress blog. It is a multisite blog, see blogs.hamaralinux.org. We haven’t added any plugins to the default except couple for security purposes. The issue is whenever I add media, say a photo, the photo comes, the description or/and alt description, caption etc. does not come. What could be the issue ?

    I also have a personal blog at wordpress.com where this happens without an issue.

    Look forward to know where the issue might be.
