No design?

    I installed this plugin a few days ago and did a few tests.

    Is the email that gets sent out supposed to be themeless / with no design? The emails I get sent don’t have my store template. Was wondering if this was a bug or a feature.

    Hello @kiikiikii,

    Apologise for the delay in response.

    You can edit the email template in Follow up Emails.

    You can design the template as per your requirements. You paste the designed email HTML in the email template editor.
