no development builds of 3.0.alpha?

I am getting the message:

There are no development builds of the beta stream you have choosen available so you will receieve normal update notifications.

I am running 3.0-alpha on a purely test site, and through yesterday morning the updates (using the automatic updates via the beta testing plugin) worked on this stream.
