No dialog boxes in full screen view

I use WP 4.0.1 and ACE 2.2.6. The plugin works like a charm exept in full screen mode. I use this feature a lot but if I e.g. use the find and replace function or whatever function the appropriate dialog box does not appear. When I close the full screen view the dialog box(es) are shown in the normal view.
I tested it with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari(Mac).
Nevertheless thank you for this great plugin.
